ESOL stands for English Speakers of Other Languages. I teach my students the English language they need to be successful at school and everywhere else. I also believe that teaching my students in an inclusive environment helps them reach their academic language goals quicker and more effectively.  Here in Prince William County we use this model of instruction as much as possible and our English Language Learners feel better about themselves because they learn all they need naturally. I believe in diversity and I embrace our students' cultures and ethnical backgrounds. After all, we All Smile in the Same Language! 

ESOL significa inglés para parlantes de otros idiomas.  Yo enseño inglés a los estudiantes de otros países para que puedan triunfar tanto en la escuela como en su vida futura.   Pienso también que mis estudiantes aprenden mejor en un ambiente donde puedan alcanzar y desarrollar sus metas más efectivamente y más rápidamente.  En el Condado de Prince William se utiliza mayormente este modelo de instrucción para que nuestros estudiantes de inglés se sientan bien consigo mismos y vayan asimilando el idioma de una manera natural.  Yo creo en la diversidad y respeto Apoyo todas las culturas y etnicidad de nuestros estudiantes. Después de todo, todos sonreímos en el mismo idioma.
